The Lainox Oracle XS is a compact high-speed oven designed for rapid cooking, reheating and finishing of food products. It combines convection heat, microwave energy and high-speed impingement air to reduce cooking times while maintaining consistent results. The oven is supplied with a 13A plug, allowing simple installation without specialist electrical work. A colour touchscreen controller provides access to programmable cooking cycles and automated processes. The integrated Oracle Odorless System removes cooking odours from exhaust air, enabling installation in locations without traditional extraction.
