The Lainox Oracle XS is a high-speed oven designed for rapid service environments. It combines convection heat, microwave energy and high-speed impingement air to deliver fast, repeatable cooking results. The oven is supplied with a 13A plug for straightforward installation in a wide range of locations. A touchscreen controller provides programmable cooking cycles and automated operation. The integrated Oracle Odorless System removes cooking odours from exhaust air, allowing installation without traditional extraction in many applications.
