The Lainox Oracle XS is a compact high-speed oven for fast cooking, reheating and regeneration. It uses a combination of convection heat, microwave energy and high-speed impingement air to deliver consistent results in reduced cooking times. Supplied with a 13A plug, the oven can be installed in a wide range of locations without complex electrical requirements. Operation is via a colour touchscreen controller with programmable cooking cycles. The integrated Oracle Odorless System removes cooking odours, supporting installation without a separate ventilation canopy.
